What is the refund/ cancellation policy?Cancellation/Rescheduling policy Cancelling/ Rescheduling bookings more than 48 hours prior to practical date are allowed with a $50 administrative fee per person on the booking. Cancellations without intention to rebook within 48 hours of practical session date will equate to 80% of your booking fee. This also applies to no shows on the day. Rescheduling within 48 hours of practical session date with incur a 50% rescheduling fee and proof of completion on online theory before a new date is given. If ILICENCE cancels an appointment with less than [48 hours’ notice], a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability. This policy is to confirm your commitment to attending the scheduled appointment and for us to deliver the best experience possible for you. And to protect ILICENCES’ interest in the incident of late cancellations/reschedules and no-shows. Occasionally due to weather we will have to move to another location near by or you can have the option to reschedule to another date convenient to both parties at no cost to you. How long does first aid training take?At iLicence, our courses ensure all online training is done at home, reducing the face-to-face time. The Face-to-face duration for First Aid is 1-2 hours depending on group size, and Provide CPR is 20-30 minutes.

How often do I need to renew my first aid certification?The industry recommendation is that First aid certifications are to be renewed every three years, whereas, CPR is renewed annually.

Students can start their Online Theory and complete the Practical Training from the age of 15.5yo.
